Practice, because Amazon Fashion Week Tokyo kicks off soon. The week-long cavalcade of shows and presentations is also a week-long extravaganza of blow-outs, fetes, and shindigs. Below we’ve brought back our AFWT party guide, highlighting the best of post-show parties and impossibly hard doors to try and sweet-talk your way past. We’ll be updating the list with new parties every day so keep checking back!

The fashion week held in Tokyo is the “Amazon Fashion Week TOKYO”. It is hosted by the Japan Fashion Week Organization (JFW Organization) and held twice a year on March and October.

Japan’s latest creations are showcased to the world from various locations in Tokyo centered at Shibuya Hikarie.

Every trendy young lady of Tokyo will again flock to this unbelievably popular one-day festival of fashion. A combination of the latest in clothing, cosmetics, music and art, the Spring/Summer 2019 edition of TGC goes with the theme ‘Be Yourself’, and features not only fashion shows but also live music (lol, The Beat Garden) a ‘Miss TGC’ contest and much more. There will be around 30,000 tickets available, but don’t dilly-dally – they promise to run out fast. Pre-sale opens December 17, while general sales start January 21.
