Makuhari Oasis’ Night Pool Opening Event!
Hotel New Otani Makuhari held an opening event for its hugely popular annual outdoor pool, “Shell Pool,” prior to its grand opening on July 7th.
This year’s theme is “Pink Moment” Makuhari’s Pink Night Pool is back!
The popular outdoor pool “Shell Pool” is often used in TV dramas, commercials, and music videos, and is a perfect location reminiscent of overseas resorts. This year’s theme is “Pink Moment,” a phenomenon in which the sky turns a pale pink from evening to night, and the night pool will be lit up in pink all day during the event! Guests will be welcomed in a fantastical adult space that brilliantly illuminates the twilight.
The vivid pink swim rings are Shell Pool originals, and are just as vibrant as the lights.
- The menu expresses the “Pink Moment” and also includes DJ performances!
We also offer food and drinks that perfectly match the world of “Pink Moment”! The new “Pink x Pink Smash Cheeseburger” with its eye-catching bright pink bun is a must-try.
Because it looks pink you might think it would be light, but it is actually quite filling and delicious!
Additionally, every Friday during the event, some of the country’s best DJs will be performing to heat up the summer nights.
- Introducing a new photogenic pink drink!
After a tiring swim, take a break by the pool with a photogenic drink in hand. This year, we are introducing ” Pink Fruit Fizz ,” which uses a generous amount of fruit! The drink is bright pink in color because it uses red dragon fruit. With the fizzy bubbles of fruit and soda, this refreshing pink drink is sure to look great on social media!
