This year for Halloween I decided to go out the other way from Shibuya and turn things up out in Fussa, just outside of the Yokota Airforce Base on the legendary ‘Bar Row.’ Basically this is a street just down from the main intersection at Fussa Station that has 20 small bars or so. This is also where many of the USAF members also come to drink and enjoy good times, as well as pretty much every Filipino within 30 miles. The crowd is very mixed, hip-hop and latin mixed music. There were tons of decent Halloween costumes, but seems like people were there more to drink than anything else. Few bars had small food spreads and drink specials while others had scantily clad go-go dancers in sexy costumes entertaining the customers.
